Fear

Fearful dreams are a sign of stress and you are overloading your brain so try managing your problems, stress could cause many problems in life. Fear of heights, falling, going down stairs or water represents the things that hold you back from progressing in life.

If you were to boil all negative emotions down, you would find fear at the root in nearly every case. If something is unknown or not classified as good, it tends to go hand in hand with fear. We seek stasis, while life leads us to move beyond our tendency to hold to the familiar. Every plant and animal on the earth has outlasted a struggle for existence that is three and a half billion years old. Driven toward survival, overcoming fear is never second nature. Fear and anxiety fund a large portion of what we dream. Why? Because we spend all of our lives trying to control the outcome. Change is the enemy unless we are the one orchestrating it. Dreams seem to push us beyond our need for control because growth is always easier when we are fearless. Dreams are a safe environment to explore insecurities and fears. In fact, the vast majority of dreams involve some type of conflict. Dreaming allows difficulties we are facing to be 'acted out' through symbolism. Much inner shifting and growth occurs even while we are not remembering our dreams. When facing crisis, we are told to 'sleep on it.' When we wake up the situation always looks different. This is because much processing goes on in the dream state. Fear too, is diminished in this way. When you wake up remembering the dream or feel afraid, you carry the strangeness of the dream back into consciousness. Often the bizarre symbols will stay with you as you explore its possible meaning. Dreaming specifically arouses emotion as a wake up call (not necessarily bad) and feeling fear is a strong motivator for change. A dream where the overarching emotion is fear can be caused by anxieties in life, drug use, or demonic activity, 2 Tim. 1:7. Many warning dreams from God can contain an element of fear

In a dream, fear means the opposite. In fact, fear in a dream represents peacefulness and repentance in wakefulness. If one sees himself scared and running away from fear in a dream, it means that he will win the upper hand. If one sees himself in a dream waiting to battle with fear, it means that he will join a war. If one sees himself afraid, and if a voice says to him: “Do not be afraid, you will not die, nor will you be able to bear this life,” it means that he may become blind. If one sees himself as a God-fearing person in a dream, it means that his worldly fears will dissipate and he will develop true devotion and constant remembrance of his Lord. The person or object causing fear in the dream represents harm and aversion. To feel scared in a dream means happiness in wakefulness. Fear in a dream also could mean evil, corruption or suffering from the consequences of wrongdoing one has committed. If one dies of fear in his dream, it means that he does not pay people their rights and particularly if he is afraid of a human being or from his own evildoing.
