Dreams of illness, bad health or an incurable disease are common themes that represent unconscious internal suffering. The vivid nature of the dream encourages the dreamer to find what is causing this so called “sickness” within the body? A metaphor relating more to the mind or psyche of the dreamer relating to past or present emotional disturbances that is causing distress. To dream of recovering from the sickness is a positive symbol that implies a healthier movement or properly nourishing the mind, body and soul.
