War

Wars are very symbolic suggesting inner conflict that needs to be resolved. Most often the war takes place in our mind as you are trying to resolve two opposing negative factors. This is why it is quite common to escape from the war in your dream, but it can be seen as a negative symbol of avoidance. Alternatively, you may be escaping a very toxic or volatile environment. These conflicts might mirror past unresolved experiences, toxic relationships, work or family environments.

To dream of war can be symbolic of the end-times, Matt. 24:6

Being in a war in the dreamscape embodies the idea that various sides of you are in conflict. You may be embarking in a new career direction and worry about its influences on the family. You may be entering a relationship and worry about its affects on your emotions. You may be rising above a conflicted situation or emotional abuse and dream of war as a way of processing these feelings. In a dream, war means deception, betrayal, misleading, or trickery. War in a dream also means inflation, rising prices, a plague, food lines, adversities and stress. If a soldier sees himself fighting an enemy in a dream, it means that he will gain benefits and success in his life.
