Poison

To dream of poison can alter the meaning if you are around it or eating something poisonous. These are warning signs that show you something is very toxic in your life and a need to observe your surroundings. If you were bitten by something poisonous suggests an enemy, however depending on what bites you and where can change the meaning.

Symbolic of bad activities, negative beliefs, and evil things in your life, Jer. 8:14. Poison can also be symbolic of grief, Job 6:4. Wicked words are also symbolic of poison, Ps. 140:3

Feelings that are painful or difficult situations can be represented by poison. As something that is ingested against your will and potentially harmful, dreaming of poison can signify an unhealthy relationship or thought processes. See also Decay.

In a dream, poison means money. If one drinks poison and if his body swells and emits pus in the dream, it means profits. If his body does not show such effects in the dream, it means sorrow and distress. A lethal quantity of poisons in a dream means death. If a poor person sees himself drinking poison in a dream, it means that he will get married. Giving someone a poisonous drink in a dream means committing adultery. Drinking poison in a dream also could mean using a remedy, and it could represent an antidote or longevity.
