A complex symbol representing the unknown parts of the dreamers personality that is often very destructive. Unconscious feelings off anger, rage and hate are manifested as a dragon, the dreamers main goal is to search and kill it. What is the dragon in your life?

The dragon is an ancient Archetype found in stories where the hero is challenged to a type of metamorphosis. In mythical stories of virtually every culture - the dragon embodies the power to go 'below the surface' and rise above the earth with 'expanded awareness.' This is a powerful dream that captures the transformative journey that will allow you to tap your fullest potential. Although the dragon may be frightening - symbolically it represents your power for rebirth. At the same time, the fire breathing dragon can personify anger or defensiveness to cover your insecurities. A parent may have demonstrated a fiery temper, while you were not comfortable expressing anger because it was viewed as something bad. A dragon in a dream represents a tyrant and an unjust ruler, or it could mean a killing fire. The more heads a dragon has in a dream, the greater is his danger. If a sick person sees a dragon in his dream, it means his death. Such an enemy has many heads and ways in the arts of ugly actions and evil thinking. Each head from one to seven represents an adversity of a different magnitude or an art of evildoing. If the dragon in one’s dream has seven heads, it represents an enemy that cannot be equalled and whose evil designs cannot be paralleled. If one sees himself owning and controlling a dragon in a dream, it means taking advantage of a person who is mentally ill.
