Dirty

This is a symbol often associated with sexuality and intimacy. Something only becomes 'dirty' because it is 'unclean' or taboo. Whatever symbol is recognized as being dirty will suggest that part of you that has been overlooked or neglected. Dirty can also be associated with attempts at transformation. When you are moving away from a past way of being that was adopted through conformity, your new persona, costume or clothes can appear dirty, yet dirty symbolizes a more earthy and organic side of you that is emerging.
