Cave

Caves or caverns in our dream represent the symbol of protection, a type of passageway, or the connection to the womb. A powerful symbol that connects to the unconscious mind and the heart; a place where treasures are found but also resides the dragon and spirits.

This can be a secret and difficult area to get to in life. A cave can also be symbolic of being trapped, Isa. 42:22

Entering a cave in one’s dream means reaching safety and trust in God Almighty, or it could mean being saved from one’s enemy. A cave in a dream also represents a woman, jealousy, swerving, dodging, or a good luck with one’s friends. A cave in a dream also represents one’s shelter, guardian, mother, father, teacher, Imam, wife, business or trade. A cave in a dream also means hiding one’s secrets and for a person looking for work, it means finding a job or working for people in authority and ending of one’s trouble, or it could mean recovering from an illness, release from jail or longevity.

The cave is associated with the womb and those parts of your nature that you appeared to be born with. Going within a cave and descending into the earth is symbolic of digging for your roots and getting more 'down to earth.'
