Balcony

Being out on your balcony means that you need to be recognized or seen. Usually when your on a clean and rich balcony symbolizes that people admire you. If you notice that its in bad condition, means you need to do some maintenance on yourself. A broken or missing balcony railing suggests you need more support in a specific area in your life. A baby that falls off the balcony suggest a loss of things that were in progress in developing in your life. If your looking over the balcony means that you need to achieve the goal you want. Looking down off the balcony means your in more control of a situation that has caused you distress.

Dreaming of something taking place on a balcony can be a way of exploring your outlook or aspirations. You may feel the need to widen your perspective to explore opportunities you are missing. If there is a frightening character hiding on the balcony - you may need to explore how you (see Shadow at end) or someone in your life is holding you back in some way. If the balcony is falling or in need of repair - the message would be about making adjustments that allow you to achieve your ambitions. If the balcony leads to a fertile landscape - you may be going through a powerful transformation that is making you more grounded and authentic. If the balcony overlooks a pool or body of water - you are making strides to understand the deepest part of your nature in what would be called the unconscious. Sitting in a balcony during the summertime in a dream means comfort, dispelling aggravations, recovering from an illness, or exposing one’s secrets. A balcony in a dream also could mean honor, or if seen with the city walls, then it represents the governor of the town, or it could mean the battlement. The parapet on top of the walls represents his armies, his entourage or his ammunition and the stored provisions of the city. If the walls are interpreted to be wealth, then the balconies and the battlement represent its guards and servants. Balconies in a dream also represent the front rows of one’s enemy.
